We will show you, step-by-step, how to upload, annotate, and share your video.
The first step in order to successfully annotate your video is to upload it to Oroson.
To upload a video – or any file type – simply drag and drop it on the Share for Review section or click “Browse Content Types”, as shown below.
If you select the second option – to browse content types – a window will pop up for you to choose what file type you want to upload.
In this case, we want to upload a video file, so we click on “File / Image”.
After that’s done, choose the specific file you want to upload from your computer.
Our file is a video that we selected from the many available options on Visme’s video templates library.
All you have to do is click on the file you wish to upload.
You’ll then see a preview of your chosen file, to make sure it’s the one you want to upload.
If you’re sure it’s the right file you wish to annotate, then all you have to do is open it, as shown below.
When you open it, simply wait for your file to be uploaded to Oroson.
When that’s done, all you have to do is click on the file for a teammate, a client, or yourself to review it.

After opening the file you want to review, as shown in the last step, your file, along with some features will appear.
Annotating on a video is a simple process, so we’ve placed a number on each feature from 1 to 8, as shown in the screenshot above.
Each number represents an action you can do to annotate or download a file:
Let’s assume you want to annotate a specific part of the video.
Simply hover your mouse over the part you want to pinpoint your comment on.
When you select it, all you have to do is type your comment in the text box in the bottom right corner.
Fill in the feedback you wish to give on the specific part, numbered 1, and then click “Post Comment” where you see 2, in the image below.
When you’ve posted your comment, it’ll be shown on the right side of your file, alongside every other comment made.
That way, you can see all the pieces of feedback organized and gathered in one place, each corresponding to a specific part of the file.
Also, when it comes to video files, you have the ability to annotate any part you want on any second.
In our example, we’ve added an annotation on the fourth second of the video.
This means that every white dot on the red progress bar corresponds to a separate pinpointed annotation.
Don’t forget that you can also see the exact second an annotation was made right above every comment, on the right of your file.
It’s pretty clear that reviewing videos and annotating them through Oroson is a piece of cake.

Simply click the Share button on the top right corner of your screen to share your files with clients or teammates.
